Creative content days are one of my favorite ways to slow down, play, and reconnect with why I fell in love with wedding photography in the first place. As creatives, we spend most of our season serving others (which I genuinely love), but it's easy to forget how important it is to also pour back into our own creativity. Content days give vendors the freedom to create without constraints. We get to intentionally design moments, From florals to fashion to tablescapes that push our artistry forward. It's a chance to try new techniques, play with light, and photograph details in a way that feels editorial.

One of my favorite parts of this day was collaborating with other wedding professionals  who are just as passionate about their craft. My bestie, Laura and I came up with the vision and connected with all of these vendors all with the same goal - to create something beautiful and meaningful. There's something really special about working alongside vendors who trust each other's vision. Ideas were shared freely, tweaks were made on the fly, and everyone was cheering each other on. That sense of community is what makes the wedding industry such a creative and  special place to be a part of.

At the end of the day, creative shoots like this aren't just for vendors - they're for the couple I serve as well. Staying inspired, connected, and creatively fulfilled allows me to show up fully present on wedding days. It sharpens my eye, fuels my creativity, and keeps my work evolving. When I collaborate with other talented vendors, I'm reminded that weddings are truly a team effort. That same collaboration spirit carries into every wedding I photograph; working seamlessly with planners, florists, coordinators, etc. to create a calm, joyful experience for my couples.
