My approach is simple : I give you space to be present while I document your story as it unfolds. I'll guide you when needed, step back when it matters, and always look for the beauty in what's already there. Years from now, I want you to look back on your photos and have them bring you right back to that day; not just to how it looked, but also to how it felt.
I believe your wedding photos should feel the way the day felt.. unrushed, honest, and full of emotion. Not overly posed, not stiff. Just real moments. I'm drawn to natural light and genuine connection - the quiet nerves before the ceremony, the way your hands find each other without thinking, the laughter that spills out during the toasts. I became a wedding photographer because family is everything to me. I photograph weddings the same way I live my life - with intention, heart, and an eye for moments that will matter years from now. I know how quickly seasons pass, so I show up ready to preserve the in-between moments, the quiet emotions, and the joy you'll want your kids (and theirs) to remember. This work isn't just my job, it's how I honor my own family while telling the story of yours.

Our family planned a trip to Michigan and we really wanted to have family pictures taken since we were going to have literally everyone there with us. I posted on one of the Facebook pages and someone recommended Megan and after looking at everyone’s work I thought Megan was the best fit for our family and we loved her style of editing. We were very fortunate to have Megan photograph our family with such short notice and her work was nothing short of amazing! We had five kids with us ranging from ages 10 years old to nine months old and she was extremely patient with everyone and all the kids were able to warm up to her very quickly. Leading up to our family session I had some questions and she was extremely responsive every time I sent her a message which was really appreciated on my end.
